The Welfare and Development Association (ABD), in collaboration with Correlation – European Harm Reduction Network (C-EHRN) , is launching a call for a technical consultancy within the framework of the European project BOOST .
The goal of this collaboration is to create learning opportunities for community-based organizations working with people who use drugs, focusing on digital literacy and good practices regarding communicable diseases. The curriculum will be built around peer- to-peer mentorship and the development of training materials adapted to local realities.
Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Design and implement a training curriculum on digital skills and media literacy.
- Develop a manual for the implementation of digital tools in harm reduction settings.
- Lead peer-to-peer mentorship and coaching programs for community-led organizations.
- Ensure a gender perspective, human rights, and data ethics in all proposed digital tools.
Required Profile:
- Entity or professional with proven experience in Web Outreach and online services for key populations.
- Deep knowledge of community-led methodology and previous experience working with the C-EHRN network or similar projects.
- Regional expertise, particularly in the Western Balkans and Eastern Europe, to support sustainable harm reduction systems.
- Ability to conduct community needs assessments and design participatory research protocols.
Conditions
- Contract Type: External consultancy service (Subcontracting).
- Duration: Until December 2025.
- Budget: Based on project scales and consultant profile.
