The present Conditions for making donations and collaborations (hereinafter referred to as “Donation Conditions”), along with the provisions contained in the Legal Notice and Privacy Policy of our website, establish the necessary preliminary information for carrying out a donation or collaboration offered on the Web, as well as the rights and obligations arising from the relationship between ASOCIACIÓN BIENESTAR Y DESARROLLO, declared of public interest, and users wishing to make donations or collaborations (hereinafter referred to as “donors”) through this website.

In the event of an error made by the donor in entering the data of the donation or collaboration, they must communicate it to ASOCIACIÓN BIENESTAR Y DESARROLLO through the phones available on this Web or at the email address: aportaciones@abd-ong.org.

The donor declares, under their responsibility, that they are of legal age, have read in full these DONATION CONDITIONS and other particular conditions, as well as the instructions and indications that, for the movement or navigation through the referred website, appear on each of the screens that comprise it, accepting them fully.

5. Making the donation

The donation can be made directly from our site by indicating all the data that appears and that are necessary to carry out the same.

6. Registration of the donation

The donor is the sole responsible for the information provided in the donation or collaboration order. ASOCIACIÓN BIENESTAR Y DESARROLLO will not be responsible for the impossibility of not being able to carry out the donations in case of error in any of the data provided in this order or in the Name and Surname of the donor, NIF/NIE/CIF, e-mail, payment method, etc., in any case, and especially referring to this last assumption, the donor remains responsible for the donation or collaboration and the personal data.
