Fins a finals de gener del 2023, el projecte donar\u00e0 suport a almenys 90 mares d\u2019origens diversos per a que tinguin un paper actiu a la societat, facilitant aix\u00ed la seva integraci\u00f3 a la comunitat, reduint la seva exclusi\u00f3 social, prevenint el risc de pobresa actual i garantint millors condicions de jubilaci\u00f3 per al futur.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mums@Work, est\u00e0 finan\u00e7at per <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/home-affairs\/asylum-migration-and-integration-fund-union-actions-field-asylum_en\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">European Union\u2019s Asylum, Migration and Integration Fund<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> i coordinat per <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.proarbeit-kreis-of.de\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pro Arbeit<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, i compta amb les entitats s\u00f2cies <\/span><b>&nbsp;<\/b><a href=\"https:\/\/abd.ong\/ca\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Associaci\u00f3 Benestar i Desenvolupament ABD<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.synthesis-center.org\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">SYNTHESIS Center for Research and Education<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.vitalaid.org\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Vital Aid Foundation<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/cidisonlus.org\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cidis Onlus<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Solution: Solidarit\u00e9 &amp; Inclusion<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.migrantwomennetwork.org\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">R\u00e9seau Europ\u00e9en des Femmes Migrantes<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:35px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><strong>Investigaci\u00f3 sobre la situaci\u00f3 de les mares migrants a Espanya<\/strong><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:10px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Una de les primeres activitats que s\u2019ha realitzat del projecte \u00e9s una investigaci\u00f3 sobre la situaci\u00f3 d\u2019aquest col\u00b7lectiu al territori espanyol. L\u2019estudi compta amb dues parts: una investigaci\u00f3 te\u00f2rica basada en la recerca de dades, i una de m\u00e9s pr\u00e0ctica, en la que s\u2019han dut a terme entrevistes a mares migrants del projectes <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mamalyona.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Mamalyona<\/a> i <a href=\"https:\/\/foodrelations.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Food Relations<\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><strong>Estudi te\u00f2ric: El 86% dels contractes temporals signats per dones corresponen a dones estrangeres<\/strong><\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:10px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Gaireb\u00e9 la meitat de persones migrants residents a Espanya s\u00f3n dones (49,89%, segons l\u2019Institut Nacional d\u2019Estad\u00edstica (INE)). Aquest percentatge ha augmentat considerablement al llarg dels \u00faltims anys, cosa que ha suposat el sorgiment de noves realitats socials a les quals cal fer front. S\u2019estima que un volum alt d\u2019aquestes dones tenen fills o filles a c\u00e0rrec (actualment hi ha 1.905.086 dones estrangeres en edat f\u00e8rtil, de 15 a 54 anys, a Espanya, segons l\u2019INE), i part d\u2019aquestes s\u00f3n monomarentals; amb la qual cosa el seu ingr\u00e9s al mercat laboral normalitzat resulta extremadament complicat.\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Algunes dades que mostren aquestes dificultats s\u00f3n la temporalitat de les contractacions i el tipus de contractes. <strong>El 86% del total de contractes temporals signats per dones correspon a dones estrangeres<\/strong>; per tant, el seu <strong>percentatge d\u2019estabilitat \u00e9s tan sols del 15%<\/strong>. Igualment, un 15,42% de les dones estrangeres tenen contractes a temps parcial, per davant d\u2019un 11,66% d\u2019homes estrangers, segones dades de l\u2019Observatorio de las Ocupaciones del 2019. A m\u00e9s, cal destacar la rellev\u00e0ncia del treball submergit i informal al que moltes dones migrants es veuen abocades degut a la dificultat per accedir a la regularitzaci\u00f3 de la seva situaci\u00f3 administrativa; provocant situacions de vulneracions de drets fonamentals: jornades interminables, horaris dif\u00edcils de combinar amb la vida personal i familiar o impossibilitat per a denunciar situacions violentes o discriminat\u00f2ries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><strong>Estudi pr\u00e0ctic: M\u00e9s serveis de cures p\u00fablics i gratu\u00efts i m\u00e9s flexibilitat horaria per compatibilitzar els horaris laborals i escolars<\/strong><\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:10px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En la part pr\u00e0ctica de la investigaci\u00f3 es van entrevistar 10 mares migrants dels programes Mamalyona i Food Relations. Aquestes apunten a la <\/span><b>incompatibilitat dels horaris laborals amb els horaris escolars com una de les principals barreres en l\u2019acc\u00e9s al mercat de treball<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Aix\u00f2 s\u2019agreuja per la manca de disponibilitat de serveis de cura gratu\u00efts, especialment aquells destinats a petita inf\u00e0ncia, i l\u2019elevat cost que tenen els serveis privats. Davant d\u2019aquesta realitat, la gran majoria opta per jornades partides o de poques hores i en moltes ocasions prioritzen la cura dels fills i filles enfront la manca d\u2019altres estrat\u00e8gies de conciliaci\u00f3 com la disponibilitat de suport familiar.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Altres barreres destacades s\u00f3n la dificultat per homologar titulacions obtingudes als seus pa\u00efsos d\u2019origen, la precarietat en les ofertes de treball disponible, i la necessitat d\u2019adaptar-se a una cultura laboral desconeguda. S\u2019assenyala tamb\u00e9, amb freq\u00fc\u00e8ncia, l\u2019exist\u00e8ncia d\u2019actituds i pr\u00e0ctiques discriminat\u00f2ries per part d\u2019empresaris: rebutjades per ofertes laborals quan expliquen que s\u00f3n mares, o fins i tot acomiadades per anunciar que estaven embarassades.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Aquestes situacions duen a les dones estrangeres a la <\/span><b>inseguretat laboral<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> i, en conseq\u00fc\u00e8ncia, sovint les aboquen a <\/span><b>situacions greus d\u2019exclusi\u00f3 social i pobresa<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Per superar aquestes barreres, les dones assenyalen algunes <\/span><b>solucions<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: l\u2019augment de l\u2019oferta de serveis de cura p\u00fablics i gratu\u00efts, i d\u2019activitats extraescolars; i un canvi en la mentalitat empresarial que es traslladi en major flexibilitat hor\u00e0ria per atendre les urg\u00e8ncies i necessitats de cures de fills i filles des d\u2019una posici\u00f3 no-discriminat\u00f2ria i de comprensi\u00f3 amb la crian\u00e7a.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:25px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Pr\u00f2ximes activitats<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>El projecte Mums@Work es va presentar el mes de febrer amb les trobades online de les organitzacions s\u00f2cies.
